Why You Should Learn To TIG Weld Before Any Other Welding Process

I pick on the age old saying "you should learn to stick weld before you MIG weld" and flip it on its head. Take a deep hard look at why not just jump straight into TIG welding as your first shot at welding? At the end of the day, they all take practice. And if you haven't picked one up yet, why does it matter which one you start with?
