Don't Get this Wrong on your TIG Torch

For the better part of 4 days I was trying to diagnose why my electrode was throwing a violent arc, discoloring and the weld puddle was extremely hot for the amperage creating a very porous puddle with brown discoloring around the bead. This all the while my Argon bottle still showed pressure, I could hear gas coming out of my torch when I pushed my foot pedal and in post flow on my Everlast PowerUltra 206Pi. All things pointed to a gas issue, and the solution wound up being very simple.
