Okay I have more advice for the novice guy trying to build a car...like myself. DO NOT paint Jasco Heavy Duty Paint Remover all over the paint, let it sit for 15 minutes and hit it with a angle grinder thinking the paint will just come right off. I did this and the paint flew off with the paint remover in little sand sized specs all over my arms legs and face. Luckily not the eyes because Team Extreme is dumb at times, but at least I wear safety gear. So anyways, the paint remover hit my skin and holy crap. I felt like the guy off fight club.
I was actually thinking neutralize it with vinegar! Than I thought, it's paint remover...jump in the shower!
The moral of today's story is think about what you're doing and don't rush the job or you might get burned! Literally!
More tomorrow when I hurt myself again!

Here's where the work comes into play. My dad and brother drove down to Vancouver over the weekend and worked on the welding. We made patch panels for the vents, turn signals, trim holes and rust holes...yes, there were 3. We even had time to French the license plate. Here are some pictures of our work
Okay, so you want more?! Here are the parts including the sub frame fresh from the powder coater. They came in yesterday.
I would like to thank my wife for being supportive and letting me use every square foot of our home.
Here's a close up of the sub frame. You could eat off it! It wasn't this clean from the factory. Also, please note the reinforced top and welds. This thing will be solid. I also re welded the lower A-arms. We should be good for years to come!
