12:53 PM, after plugging the missing 12V+ on the ICM...
It lived !!! 
Bogging, but revving, it showed it could be alive !!!!
A BIG thank you to Mtl-Marc, Macworld, and my buddy Joe ( My rocco Buddy since 1983, but not on any forums)
