Well it took much longer than expected to get my manifold back due to a delay in getting the wastegate I needed. In any event I just got it back and started to put it back together.
Picture of the modified manifold:
And a picture of it most of the way back assembled:
I had to cut a couple of the exhaust studs down a bit in order to make enough room to slide the manifold on. The AC lines took a little adjusting to clear the wastegate as well but nothing major.
The one question/issue I have is with the front dump tube. It is very short and just dumps right down by the alternator. It looks to me that if it was another about 10" longer it would extend down and dump right below the back of the radiator. Of course I would have to either leave the engine undercover off or cut a hole in it but I think this is how it should be done.
Also I put a Celica GTS wheel on the car. Looks so much better than the old stock wheel.

Well I got it all back together and took it for a quick drive this evening and in 2nd gear I still hit 23psi WTF! Looks like exactly the same boost creep as before.
I don't know what is going on. I have the 15psi spring combo in both PW46 wastegates and I have the pressure source off the turbo T'ed to the bottom port of both wastegates, with the top ports just left open.
Do I need to run a lower spring pressure do to having 2 wastegates? It doesn't make sense to me that I would have to.
Guess I'll try to put lower springs in the gates and see if that changes anything. That lower gate is such a pita to get on/off...
Great pictures !
