not much of a update today, was tired, and it cold out... for socal.
Glassed the door hinge into the gas cap.
and glassed the hinge to the side of the car. sorry for the crappy pics, i was too lazy to roll the car into the shop for just this, so its my cell and a flashlight pics..
I will smooth it out, and make flush with the body once its hardened up, tomorrow.

I am not worried about rusting, its been fiberglassed into the body, and is coated for outdoor use. but I would like a better style hinge.
any links to the 270 door hinge? I had a hell of a time finding any hinges that would work.. its been a PITA
also do you have any pics of how u mounted it, before and after?

Attempt: #... who knows, this gas cap is a PITA
Re-glassed the gas cap lid
Filled int sides of the gas cap area, and attached the new hinge.
Re-glassed the edge of the gas cap on the fender.
Finally finished glassing both headlight eye lids.
Now I just need to sand it smooth, finish it off and trim it down.
