You only live once Walter
Raymonster - GT3 and GT4 are Weight/Hp classes that are similar from the POC to NASA to the PCA. It would be easy to drop a big engine in this car and go faster but I'm trying to get the most out of the platform at a specific Weight/Hp. I've chosen the POC GT4 class to start because there are some great drivers in the class, and more and different cars are showing up at every event. One of my goals for building a car like this was to play/test with anything and everything that will make it (and me) go faster, and you can see if you've read the thread I have lots to play with. It's almost certain I'll drop a 3.8L in it in the future and then I'll still want to drive it to it's full potential. This car should have incredible mechanical grip and I'll have to learn to drive on slicks and get the most out of all the adjustable suspension. That will take the first 6 mos. Then, I'll add more aero and play with that for the next 6 mos. HP will come after that ...

Thanks for chipping in Dwayne. Are you going to be at WS in Dec? I may be there with the SpecBox and I'd love to pick your brain about aero.
My car is finally on the ground but there's still a lot of work to do. Here's a couple teaser pics. Now that it's on the ground we're able to make the next round of adjustments. It's a process ...
Engine comes back from the header shop in a week and it will go right into the car.
Did this project ever see the track?
