Thanks Neil. Although I "talked" a lot, I actually like to do the least amount of modding possible as I am afraid of changing the inherent character & function of the Turbo as a daily driver. Now that the big 3, exhaust + ecu + suspension, have been done, I don't plan any more major change.
There are 2 minor things that I think I will get to sooner or later: the short shifter and the rear toe link. Short shifter because I know the GT2 has it. I am just hesitant because the regular length shifter feels so nice I end up not wanting to change a good thing.
Rear toe link because when I ask Porsche tuners, I've found to my surprise that it's UNIVERSALLY recommended. Too bad there is no review on this component as far as noise/harshness versus handling advantages are concerned. So now I am curious.
I recently had a change in my suspension so will wait 3-4 months before I install the rear toe link. I want to make sure I know exactly what it does to my car.

Revision to 997.2 Turbo's suspension below. Comparing it to this thread almost brings tears to my eyes.
You think someone at Stuttgart has been reading our complaints, or peeking at my interminable rambling & ranting on this thread?
A little surprise at the sway bar revision though (If you've done your homework and read through the incredibly boring posts, you'll know what that sway bar revision implies! LOL).
Regardless, those of us without the Bilstein, if this doesn't convince you... BTW, for the record, I still think you would still need Bilstein for 997.2. I suspect PAG's "marketing plan" for Turbo still hasn't changed and those astounding low 3 sec 0-60 acceleration times mean stiffer springs are even more critical to control front-rear weight transfer (squatting).
