copy away... just got an email from zach at atoz fab and he can build through the dash a pillars plus a new windshield support bar for 150 plus shipping. the rest of the cage is designed with straight tube so no bender required. poly performance sells a harness bar for 50 bucks too
edit: just dont build one before i get the chance... your wallet seems to be more motivated than mine lately lol

im planning on a removeable set of door bars for wheelin so my doors will still fit doing DD duty (i still have not acquired a sexy tow rig) and a harness bar too. still up in the air about an x tho. i think the rear bars should offer quite a bit of lateral support for the b-pillar. itll really come down to whether my windjammer will fit with the x bar and seats still far enough back for my long legs

you need both knuckles since they are different brake config. than the stock TJ. i got mine off here from a guy parting out a WJ, search local CL and salvage yards too.
its a pretty involved upgrade that involves some pretty serious modifications... start doing research on here and pirate, google searches come up with some sites too...

Well, what a weekend!
Dont know where to start really, broke ALOT of stuff this weekend as a group.
3 dana 30 short shafts
1 TJ driveshaft
1 44 short shaft, twice...
took out my hood and grill, and bent the tub and windshield frame
Despite all the breakage, this was one of the best trips ive been on, this park is awesome, the obstacles are EPIC! and the people i wheel with are a blast.
Didnt get as many pics as i would have liked bc we were all havin too much fun but heres some of the highlights of mine
to start, Sage was much more awake sat morning than I was lol
Good poser shot
devils throat, first major obstacle of the day
another view of devils throat
Huge hill climb into proving grounds, only half our group attempted it and only half of those made it... including me.
did a little wheelin after the toys for tots raffle and hit up a trail that was rowdy! ended up in a rock garden and had to climb up and pivot around a large boulder and then in between another. kept sliding off trying to make the turn and hit pretty hard the last time on the pass fender. also got the driver side bound up, waded up the tire and the shaft let go, heres the damage...
Went night wheelin sat night to hit up the bears, we all did baby, easy... o wait, one of our guys bounced off the wall and blew up his radiator. anyways, i walked up momma, travis walked up momma, and then he attempted papa, almost made it up and then the third dana 30 short shaft let go for the day
so sunday before we left, some people wanted revenge and i wanted to try it.
took my new puppy on her first wheelin trip this weekend, this was on momma bear for a quick warm up before papa
and here im perched at the top of Papa Bear, the biggest obstacle ive ever attempted, pics just dont it it justice how big this waterfall is. i was so close to vertical gear oil was pouring out my breather tube, woulda made it if one, my lsd woulda stayed locked, it would almost push me up, then it would let go and two, if i didnt have the tubes stick out past the plane of the mini boatside, i loose a lot of clearance and its prob the biggest reason i didnt make it up. so it showed me a lot of things i need to upgrade next...
our group
here is the vid of momma bear, papa is still loading
Tell him thanks!
here is my attempt at papa bear, so dang close!

tranny in and working great! minor pita tho...
used the rebuilt 93 xj gear box but had to swap over my bell housing and the rear shift housing so the tcase clocking was correct. the xj runs a different slave cylinder as well
hard top is on, gonna leave it like this for the winter, then this spring/ summer when its permanent topless weather ill start modifying it. its from a cj7 and using the write ups on here it fits pretty good
and some posin after playing in the snow
also, in prep for my heims to show up, i built the bridge for the truss. its 3x3/8 flat that was broke at 45s. im going to put some 3/16s on the front and back to close it up real tight against the housing. make her nice and purdy, i also have a neat idea for the sway bar mount tabs but thatll have to wait.
and heres my numbers for those that care/interested/understand... i built this similar set up a couple months ago on a buddys jeep (designed on mine, adapted to his) and he loves it!
