Had all weekend to work on my car so...

Had several friends stop by for a mini mod day and thrash on my car to get it drivable. Got the LS1 Lid/Radiator Support to fit on my Camaro. My friend brought over a cutoff wheel and we cut out the bracing under the cowl section of the hood and test fitted the lid and to our surprise it fit like a glove Now just have to go to AutoZone and pick up the temp sensor to fit into the lid. I will get some better pics soon, just took these from a cell phone.

Parts I used...

LS1 Radiator Base

SLP Lid

LS1 Bellow (probably replace with smooth one down the road)

K&N Filter

Some other pics of friends cars/trucks that stopped by and helped. Included a LS1 Trans Am and a LS1 Formula. And yes, we did finish the 24 pack of Mountain Dew! lol

I know I need to detail my engine bay out bad, but now that the Camaro is driveable, shouldnt be a problem. I need to come up with a better way to keep the plug wires from touching the headers. Any other ideas other than the zip ties Im using?
