2 months later, I finally got Dave to make me the plate for the flange and weld it up for me. What a difference. Sounds like stock with a chambered muffler. I love it. Hurts spool pretty badly though. Moves it up atleast 500 rpm, if not more.
Dave also finished up my new fuel tank.

Thanks.
I picked up the AEM Standalone computer for the car today. Because my car is a 98, Steve will first have to convert it to a 99 pin out. Because Steve switched out to the BS3 with a new harness, he is going to pull all the wires from his connectors on his old harness so that he can put the pins in the correct holes as he pulls them from my connector. He found a list online with a direct swap over position to position which should make it go fast and we went thru and double checked it.
BonnarLS1 is also going to be running on this system so we have his stock 99 PCM that we will be using to double check that the conversion is correct before plugging in the AEM. BonnarLS1 bought me the AEM in order to learn it and tune his car once it's all done. Steve is hoping to get this knocked out and back to me by Saturday night. I'll have some feedback on the computer shortly.
