I was happy with what I got done today. Starting to get pieces fitting nice and snug. I can understand why shops want so much for rust repair...done properly its very time consuming.
Notice the nice under-lap joint next to the hole in the floor rocker....I'll drill out 4 small holes and spot weld the under-lap joint and the seam will make a nice strong weld !
