I am in love with the sound. My new camera does not have a video function so it will be a few days until I can get a sound clip, I am going out to school tomorrow. But anyways.

"I would drive the car and it had a nice shimmy in the rear end but nothing to bad and I thought that maybe the brake was occasionally sticking etc, so I pulled the wheel double checked everything and still no luck. So i was driving to pick up my friend a good 15min back road drive and the car was "scary" around certain turns, so I limped it to pick her up and limped her back to the closest place that I could look at it out of the rain. I pulled the driver read wheel off along with the rear brakes (disc) and hub and the axle was completely loose in the housing. I then proceeded to unbolt the axle and remove the stub. If you did not know what you were looking at you would never know that there were ever two bearings in there. I will have pictures soon, I did not have my camera on me."

So I got a phone call once evening from my grandfather saying that he had found a 76' 02 in West Hampton, NY. I got all the info for contact and called the owner about 2 weeks ago and said I would be out on sept 10th for a fishing trip and would be able to come and look at the car. So I traveled a long 300+ miles from school in PA across NJ and into NY then to Long Island. Later we went to go look at the car and I had herd that it was a Cali car at one point in its life but that doesnt mean much if it had been in NY for even a year.
So I showed up and looked over the entire car without really tearing it apart. It had the typical surface rust but no rot on the floor pans or rockers that I could see unlike my current 2002. (Ill get to that later) the owner of the car wanted $2000 for it and I ended up picking it up for $1700 with all of these extra parts including a spare engine and trans!!!!
This car will donate its body and the other 02 will donate its drive train once I get home from school. I will keep my original build thread updated.\

It is prolly going to be a while I still have not had the chance to get the other car from montauk, ny. I am graduating this semester with a BAU in automotive and business but I am also considering continuing my education and getting my paramedic certification because te school that I am at is one of the best for it. If I do that I need to find a automotive job out at school on top of my schooling and my current emt-b job at the hospital out here and then also a house and if it has a garage I can continue working on the cars but if not they will most likely stay in nj :/ so I am trying to figure everything out right now just so much going on currently.
