I ended up making $490 for clearing driveways. I only did seven but it let me order some parts! I will have pictures up when they come in!

I ordered these a little before Christmas. I was surprised I would be able to order them from BMW. Before anyone says that I overpaid for them, I did get them at cost. Sometimes it is nice to be a technician.

anyway:

Got my flywheel back today. From what I have found is that it started out at 19lbs. It is now 16.3lbs : D

It cost $80.25 to get machined

Finally finished the rear end, got all the bolts in with a little RTV and Locktite (sp?) Also just a small picture of the drive shaft. I got my package from JEGS today with alot of little stuff for wiring etc. But i got a free hat : D

I have to have her up and running the beginning of this semester. Yes, I know I am cutting it super close haha. I still have more parts to order before I will start her up but I got the flywheel machined so I can get the transmission as soon as I get back out to the car. Pretty much everything else bolts up when I get out to school. I need to be able to get the car running to baselines on the Dyno asap, and then by the end of the semester I need to get it back on the dyno with a modification.

The original plan was to have the motorcycle carbs as my project, but as a backup project just in case I get I am cutting it close, I am doing water-methanol injection.

Last year I already did get a grade for the engine. : D

So I finished disassembling the passenger side suspension and brakes. I am going to paint and replace parts like on the other side. I am eventually going to replace the suspension, i am only preassembling this due to the deadline that is approaching, and changing it over should not be that hard.

Just my luck. I got one caliper rebuilt flawlessly and the second one decided that it would crack two out of four of the pistons on the way out. BMW: 1 Me: 1

UPS must hate me because the door bell was not rung neither a knock on the door. The Info Notice was not even stuck to teh door or FILLED out, and I found it on the ground!
