It kind of feels like it's rubbing somewhere when I slide it back. I'm pretty sure I know where it is but it's a little too late here to finish it off with the Dremel. I'll have to wait until morning.
Look at all the places there are to drill holes for the parking brake cables
Kris, were there this many in your car? Which ones do I use?
And I'm guessing there is a way to get more slack from the cables themselves? With how much I have now, it doesn't look like it will work with any of the spots there.
Test fitting of the center console/parking brake
Also, there wasn't a nut on the back side of the parking brake for the right side. There was on the left side, but not on the right. I will just have to get a longer bolt and a nut and locking washer for the other side. No biggie.
