So, I decided to replace all of it and only reuse my Flowmaster muffler. A local shop did it all within a few hours and it cost $375 (new cat included).
And I passed the inspection minus my gas cap which the state replaced for free!
Something else I noticed right before the move to Arizona, my clutch was not acting right and fading until I pumped and primed it some. Thus a new clutch master cylinder was purchased.
Last night someone went through my console. Don't think they took anything but they did leave a gift. Really quite odd in my opinion.

I guess so. I'm not complaining though!
Pics from Table Mesa. Didn't take many because I was drivin'

Some seat pics...

Oh yeah. I had a crack on the upper rear shock mount. I stuck my MIG to it and molten metal was put over the crack. I did not say welded for a reason.
Oh yeah...seats.

I tried to take the Jeep to get food only to get a sluggish battery start and a number of clicks. I threw the charger on it and took it to Autozone a few hours later.
Battery tested good and was at 100%. Anyway, I cleaned the already clean terminals and it worked like a champ.
Maybe it’s the starter? Not really sure. Battery is almost 5 years old.

Found a draw of 0.39A from the positive lead from the winch. Unhooked it and it has been cranking as of late.

Here are some pics of the winch power lead issue and fix. I used the old boot from my clutch master...and electrical tape.

I have updates finally. Went wheeling on a 26 mile trail from Lake Pleasant, AZ to Crown King, AZ. Got 18 miles in and hit a traffic jam on the trail full of rigs and rumors.
Anyway, it was awesome but gave me the next mod...a 5 gal Jerry can. Nearly ran out of fuel and in AZ you can get stuck fast.
That was last weekend. This weekend I washed the mud off the Jeep and went to rotate my tires. Took the front tire off and noticed it moved when I jacked it up...
Now it's new ball joints...and brakes as the pads were worn low.
Pics of the trip.
Nice build!
