And the patio table on my back deck.

Got some full steel doors today. I have been tired of my uppers flapping so much in the wind.
Now I just need to figure out a color. They are white and my jeep in forest green, the Sahara color. Any suggestions? It's doubtful I can get a green to be close in color.

Took the windshield off today. Need to take care of some rust on the bottom edge. Years ago when I was not as smart I put silicone on the new cowl seal. Well, it trapped more moisture than it kept out. I plan to wire wheel it and throw some paint on it then reinstall the cowl seal. I'll also take the hinges off and clean them up. I also painted the wiper arms.
Windshield.
Detail.
Final.

So I wire wheeled my windshield and got the rust off. It was only bad in one spot. I'm wondering how or if I should repair it? I could cut the jagged parts away and smooth it down. Or I can put a small bar there and weld it in. It will be covered by the cowl seal either way.
I'm also wondering if I should replace the inside rubber gasket of sorts. It's not really being held in well and I don't know it's purpose. Thought's?

Got my angle grinder out to clean up the windshield and a co-worker had some leftover POR-15 I could use. So I put some on the bottom lip of the windshield frame and I taped the glass to get ready for paint.

Got them and thanks! I'm giving them some fresh panel board right now. Got them it out yesterday. I found one of the revolver shackles, still digging in the garage for the other. It's probably at the bottom of the pile.
Semi topless. Probably going to get a windjammer and run the bikini top until fall.
Also hiked 9.5 miles at Hanging Rock State Park last Saturday.

Got the new windjammer on finally. I also started making new brackets for my side view mirrors. The others are flimsy and eventually tear from the vibration the wind causes.
Brackets made from 1/8" x 2" x 2" angle.

Started working on my rear springs.
Then I caught my crotch on fire.

Well I bought the Ruff Stuff axle swap kit for the 8.8 and it's quite beefy. I got the 20% off due to tax season which was a good deal. I also started to wire wheel the spring leafs last night and figured out the PO cut the spring clamps and rivets out.
So now I need to decide if I should find different springs for my rear SOA application or buy rivets and clamps.
Nice build!
