I'm still around........mostly around the waist.......
I've just been using the Jeep and haven't made any mods to it? Also I haven't been able to post pictures to JF.com because of a new PC (file too large) and I don't know how to fix it?? I'm better at Fabrication than pc stuff.
When my old pc crashed I lost all my photo's of my build, the thread is the only thing I have left to see the build process.
Roach; Awesome build and I hope my thread helped you out with your build and parts list.
B2CARPEN; Sorry I don't remember at direct question regarding the Double Triangulated rear suspension, but I agree with you about it should be better on the road than a regular four link set up. Mine seems pretty good for not having a sway bar.
LS question, to tell the truth I have a bigger problem with my (now) 9 year old son and how much he is growing!! His running out of room fast in the back seat. I've been thinking about what to do about it. I have several options I suppose.
1) I could stretch the body and frame in the mid section, somewhere between the back of the rear door and front of the rear wheel well (a lot of work!).
2) I could sell the Jeep as a whole unit and buy more of the tube buggy (because I like rock crawling the best)
3) I could stripe the Jeep and keep what I could use on the tube chassis and sell the rest.
4) Or I don't know what?????
