I think 19-20 psi. I can't be sure because I did that with a 2 bar map sensor so my logs only show 15 psi. I had to fudge the fueling table to make it work. This time around I have the new computer, a 4 bar map sensor and plenty of injector. I think that I'll need about 25-26 psi to run the number that I am after. Not sure if the PT88 will be able to deliver. If not, I'll find out where it maxes out.
This turbo is well seasoned. It was built in 2002 and was running 8.8's on a Regal T Type for years. I recently rebuilt it with new seals and rings because it started to smoke a little. I am much more afraid of my TH350 blowing up than the turbo.

I'm not a fan of dynos. They are a great tool but I wont put my car on one. It's funny because I have no problem tuning someone else's car on one. They make me nervous with my car though.
I got a little bug worked out today that was keeping 2 of the injectors from firing and switched to E85. You can REALLY feel an extra 7* of timing. I like this stuff except that my gas gauge drops as if I had a serious fuel leak. Coolant temps dropped about 10*F as well.

I think that they are a bit higher end but I'm not sure. The story behind these rods is that LS2Formula told me that I could have the Eagle rods that came out of his old LS7 427 nitrous motor. The engine builder lost the rods between the time that he tore down that motor and the time that I built mine. So he owed us a set of rods and the Childs & Albert rods were all he could find so that's what went in. Everything about this build was on the cheap. You know when you get home and your hungry? You open up the fridge and look to see what you can slap together for dinner without having to go out to the store. It was like that. The only stuff that was brand new for this build were the pistons, rings, bearings, pushrods, cam, WG and BOV. Everything else is second hand, stock or salvaged from my last build.
This is why I get frustrated when I see guys dump thousands into a build and then keep changing it around along the way. Their car is in a perpetual state of build. Then when they finally bring it out, they never optimize it and tear it down to go "bigger and badder" without ever getting it right.

Don't get me wrong, I made my share of mistakes. Instead of buying the 160# injectors with the driver box or a good set of high imp injectors, I bought a set of 80#'s first go around. That was a net loss of $150. I also bought 2 wrong wastegates with a total net loss of $400 trying to save money. Those are just the 2 things that I can think of off the top of my head. Not to mention all the thousands of dollars that I wasted screwing around with strokers and nitrous before this.
