It's looking like my EMS was bad out of the box. Steve hooked up Joe's to my car this morning and he says that it is reporting the correct voltages. The only other thing that it could be is that something is shorting thru the serial interface cable as he doesn't have it hooked up. I'll know for sure this afternoon when I get over there.
Thanks, I spoke to him yesterday. Might be easier to contact via email.
My job ran long today so I didn't get a chance to mess with it. I'll be contacting him tomorrow once I am 100% sure that its a problem with my EMS box.
Definitely a bad unit out of the box. I spoke to AEM yesterday and they issued me an RMA to send it back and get it figured out. When that one comes back, it'll go in Joe's car. Now I just have to figure out why the Wideband voltage isn't reporting back in the tune that I have been working with so far. Probably checked or unchecked something somewhere along the line as it does report back when I load the tune that came in it. I was able to get the correct voltage offset values for my 80# injectors from the FIC guys yesterday as well. I got the car idling pretty good. Once I get the O2 voltage figured out, I just need to see how the automapping feature works in order to start doing some drivability tuning. Maybe go out to the track next Wednesday night and verify that everything is correct.

LOS SMASH PUNY AEM EMS!!!!
I'm making progress but it is slow. I'm also limited as to how much I can work on it as it is over at LS2Formula's place of business. It's there so that he could wire it quickly and now that we know that the wiring is good, I'll be bringing it home tomorrow..................on a trailer . The ride of shame. LOL
I just need to get it here to wrap my head around it. The Big Stuff 3 was WAY easier. Little things like Coils#1-10 are for the individual coils but their numbers in the software do not correspond with what cylinder they happen to fire. So it is normal for coil #4 in the software to be OFF and coils #9 and/or #10 must be ON. WTF??? How about AFR Commanded displays 7.32 until all the feedback conditions are met for the closed loop WB02 fueling corrections? That's just a couple.
