Figured I would work on closing the area around the gas tank filler neck. When I cut off the old tail panel and trunk floor I cut the piece I need in 1/2, cool huh? lol
OEM trunk floor is one piece, but repop does not close around the filler neck.
Got the 2 old pieces I need and made them one piece again. These pics are of the first time test fitting. It will need to come down about 1". I will trim it alittle at a time so I do not come up short.

Got the gas tank filler neck area closed up tonight and just put the bracket for the trunk latch kinda in place for pics. Gotta find the trunk latch, then the bracket can get welded in place.

Now what box is that trunk latch in..............................ya I just threw parts in boxes thinkin.....ya I'll remember what is in what box. Ya right that aint gonna happen LMAO

Hopefully I'll get more done tomorrow but I forgot I have a Dr. Appt. after work.
