Beat on the car a bit over the weekend and it is running well with no oil leaks, but I have developed what sounds like a bird chirping until the engine is warmed up. I believe it has something to do with the accessory belt. I put a new belt on during the build but maybe it got a little oil on it? Didn't see to have any on it. I sprayed some WD40 onto the tensioner pulley and the alternator pulley and will try to start it tonight and see if the sound is gone. Not sure how to track it down.

Checked the allen bolts on the pulley and they were all nice and tight. Started it up and no noise. I assume its either my tensionor pulley or alternator as those are the 2 areas I sprayed with the WD40. I guess I'll just listen for it and if it comes back try to spray only one at a time and see if I can isolate the culprit.
I've also decided that the ProEFI doesn't handle meth injection as well as I would like, so I've ordered an AEM injection monitor system gauge. This seems like a really nice piece of equipment that monitors the flow verses injection percentage called for and after calibrating it will trigger a fault on either too much flow (broken line, etc.) or to little flow (clogged injector, etc.). My plan is to set this up so that if I have the meth injection turned on (toggle switch, iBoost setting 2 or 3) a fault will cause the meth injection to turn off (ProEFI will stop pulling fuel) and my boost to go back to my base setting of 16-17psi. If all works as planned I believe this will be a very nice implementation, the ProEFI will control the injection, and the AEM monitor will provide feedback and failsafe control. I'll post details of my install when it happens.
