i would think you could have it shipped to UK...

oil return is solid one piece / custom welded, but incoming-oil and waterlines are from 850/740 heated with a small torch and bend to where they need to go...no rubber lines close/touching turbo...on incoming-oil line I have a rubber hose for easy access/removal of a turbo...it is no-where near turbo exhaust housing.

I am running 21 psi with stock block "hard" for past 7 month and 7k miles with my 20G no problem what-so ever. you can sleeve up, but really buddy you need a proper tune...

also , don't forget mine is 2.5l and walls are thin - ner...

contact Rui, he has been tuning since 2004 lives in Europe and is able to tune any Volvo...he can tune your V70 right and converted to 4.4m which he has been doing since 2008...tell him Doug send you. his email is- [email protected]

Upgrade to my 20G compressor wheel with ARD 11 blade ...i love it.

same R's but 20G has ARD Re-tuned to 11 blade in this vid.
