Well i finally got the front lip from ebay in the mail.
It arrived at 6:30 and by 9:30 it was cut up.
First impressions: light fiberglass structure, looks decent. Better than most i've seen but still seems fragile.
Concerns: i looked at the mounting tabs and immediately knew that i was going to have to do some surgery to make them fit. As you can see the tabs were different from a OEM lip.
First fitting:
Concerns arised as to if it was curved enough. It would not stay on its own. I had to hold it. So the lip is going to have to be locked in solid.

My solution: cut tabs off my other lips i have and use those.
Paired with 10 second bonding krazy glue, metal mesh bondo reinforcement, and fiberglass reinforced bondo.
So with a little "fabrication" it's easier a great front lip.
I'm hacking it up and then getting it painted later this week after i get done with the bondo work.
