The flush glass should be delivered tomorrow! That has been a 3 year project and now I hope I like the fit.

The bodywork on the engine bay is coming along nicely but it is very tedious work. Lots of angles and tubes to work around. It will look great when it is completed though.

The work on the door handles has now started. The stock door handles are being reshaped to fit the new trim. They are starting to have a good flow but will need some more welding to fill in the holes left from shaping. The drivers side is close but we haven’t started on the passenger side yet. I have a picture below to show how much shaping is being done.

Got the front and rear glass test fitted today. The front glass is pretty good top to bottom and has a slightly larger gap on the sides. A little work to get the gaps where they meet my expectations. Probably just fine for most but I don’t like to settle.

The rear is pretty good but the upper rear corner on the passenger side is a little high. That will require a little metal work. I am not sure if it is the glass or the fact my car had a pretty big collision to the rear at one point.

Before my body guy does anything we will have the glass guy come in to render an opinion.
