Not much to report. Been cleaning and cleaning and then cleaning and painting a little.
Still got a lot of cleaning to do. I dont expect this will be the final VR in this car so it wont be uber clean anyway.
Waiting on a lot of parts like my tranny, my passenger axle, my shifter junk, and Fast Bunny to send me my clutch stuff.

No AC, no PS....hopefully good for some power.

Well I think the added steel plate definitely helps the strength of the mount. Without that I think the frame rail alone would be too thin.
Plus, its not easy to see in the pic, but a portion of the wheel well must be cut out.
This pic from mymotown's thread shows what I mean. My mount area looks almost identical to his.
