How to remove rear seat headrests from a Golf 7?

Hello All:
Does anyone know how to remove (fully remove) the rear seat headrests from a Golf 7? I never have passengers in the rear seat, and I find that the headrests obstruct my vision (via the interior mirror) out the rear window.
I know that VW configures these headrests so they cannot easily be removed (this to prevent them from unintentionally popping out when someone is adjusting them upwards). I am sure that there must be a 'trick' to getting them out completely, though.

How to completely remove these headrests?
Ah, great, that let me solve the problem.
It seems that each headrest has TWO release buttons. Normally, it's only necessary to push the left hand button (left hand if you are facing in the same direction as the car) to raise or lower the headrest. If you want to release the lock on the headrest in order to remove it completely, you need to also push in the right button.
In the photo below, you can see that the left button (the button closest to the camera) is designed to be easily depressed with a finger. The right button is designed so that it cannot easily be depressed with a finger (unless you have a really small finger). If you press both buttons in at the same time, the headrest can be completely removed from the car.
