Kind of crazy to think that this will be on the road in just a few weeks. Mike and Mark have so much work to do on this and such little time. Unfortunately, the body shop encountered some issues both with the car, and personal issues with their staff. Everyone is ok though and fully engaged on getting the car finished this week and getting her back to the Black Label mansion of madness for assembly and tuning. May I remind everyone that it only took these guys less than 2 and a half days to completely tear the car apart to a bare shell. I wish that was the case for assembly, but perfection takes a little longer than 2 and a half days. They still have to customize the seat rails, make a sub enclosure, get the engine pieces Black Chromed, and many other tedious things... most of which is most likely already done and just awaiting installation at this point. It should be a pretty smooth assembly process. I am fully confident that the car will be 100% ready to drive when I get there on June 15th.
