can get the exhaust gasket from here, does also include a sheet of intake/paper gasket too
www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Exhaust-Gasket-Material-Make-Your-Own-Sheet-Metal-Gasket-Material-250mm-x-300mm-/232414688292?_trksid=p2385738.m4383.l4275.c10
started on some undercarpet sound proofing, 25mm class 0 closed foam for the bulk and 5 +10mm neoprene for leveling undercarpet out and ramming it every spare space to reduce noise
the 25mm there and i did a layer of 5mm ontop that goes to the back and up the tunnel, it does make the carpet quite the handful when putting back in but does alot, left overnight with 40kg of floor dry bags to help it stay glued in place

Hit one of those walls again of effort but heres abit of an update, need to start the wiring like 4 weeks ago but i hate it
both front arches are on and trimmed back ready to make the front bumper, also bonnet has been trimmed you might notice the turbo
only abit of poke
made up the alternator brackets, ordered to belts 1 too short and 1 too long so just waiting for a special order belt for that
the face when people say you shouldnt do that, also rock sliders made up, bit of grinding back to be done and tube ends cut
made to make clutch and brake pedals up so using landrover pads and abit of 3mm flat to start with
not too bad, clutch is adjustable left to right

I bet the purists probably don't like this, but screw them! This thing looks like a blast!

This thing is insane. Definitely not a swap I would think of doing, but it looks like it will be a blast to drive. I like the mad max look you have going too.
