Wedding and recovery day out of the way with some noggin joggin on the go for bonnet clearance


don't have imperal nuts so bit of tape to space stuff out, jaaaaaaaag v12 engine mounts for engine to subframe

had the upper ones laser cut as there generic, made 2 lower and 4 mid plates by hand all 5mm 

tacked in

other side

bit of hot snot

sump to rack clearance , engines on the curse word here as had to lift the engine up with forklift to pull the spacer out and didnt but it on the blocks level

a not so pretty one, laser plate has some coating on it, will have the back section boxed in  for strength 

As for bonnet clearance while its like this I'm going to do a lift kit on the body ether 1 or 2" depending in rack column length

I bet the purists probably don't like this, but screw them! This thing looks like a blast!

This thing is insane. Definitely not a swap I would think of doing, but it looks like it will be a blast to drive. I like the mad max look you have going too.
