Oil Cooler install on GR

Couldn't find any how-to's on installing an oil cooler so here's my go at it. Sorry for the short descriptions I'll try to add more detail later but the pics and parts I used should be helpful.
Parts list
Mocal 13 Row, 235 Matrix Oil Cooler with -10 AN ports
Mocal Sandwich plate w/ 180deg thermostat - 20mm thread
Mocal 235 Matrix Oil Cooler bracket
2 Mocal 1/2" BSP x -10 AN fittings
4 90 degree -10 AN socketless hose end fittings
8ft 5/8" Gates 300psi hose
3ft heat wrap
Total cost, about $400
I relocated the horn over by the right head light (circled in next pic) and used that bolt and the bottom bolt holding in the hood release latch to bolt down the mounting bracket. No drilling needed.
Here you can see were I put the horn. I used a few inches of heat wrap around one of the hoses here to prevent rubbing but I don't think it's necessary.
There's not much room for the Mocal sandwhich plate with the stock headers, this is the only position were the built-in thermostat will not hit anything. Notice where i circled, I had to cut a small triangle piece off of the header heat shield.
I decided to run the hoses underneath the header. It runs about 2 inches below it. There's not many other choices for a 5/8" hose to go without rubbing against the header.
You can't see the hoses coming from the sandwich plate. They also clear the splash guard by a good 2 inches so IMO they are not hanging too low.
Nice and stealth, just how I want it!
I just got done with the install so I haven't driven enough yet to see how my daily driving oil temps will be affected but they seem to have dropped about 20 deg. I have an oil temp gauge installed in the rear oil galley and an oil pressure gauge replacing the stock sensor (front oil galley) both before installing the oil cooler so that I could monitor the effects before and after. My oil pressure readings seem to have not changed since the install which is what I was hoping for. I'm planning on putting some kind of thin plate in front of the oil cooler to prevent air front passing through the core so that I'm not over cooling the oil during daily driving (I'll take it off for auto-x and HPDE). Anyway, hope this helps someone!

Normal temps before the install were 200 deg. With the cooler uncovered temps are 180-185 under normal driving but I put a plate over the core on the street to get temps back up to 195-200.
