Hey all, sorry for my recent lack of posts, been super busy, had a great holiday back in England seeing my family for the first time in 5 years!
Got waaay too drunk but it was an awesome trip.
Now the hard work is really on the go to fund the build over the winter. Il be selling a few goodies with the new build coming up, full exhaust, turbo etc etc
I have also been having some trouble finding a company to ship the car to P&L for me. They all want it in running condition but that means I would have to ship it with parts on that il be selling anyway so it seems pointless.
Guess we will just trailer it now.

Okay folks so I have decided to make a list of the things left to do with this build, my completion date is May 1st 2012:
Remove current longblock and ship to P&L for rebuild. This will include new rings, possible rehone and a full valve job / head refresh. Also new timing belt kit, water pump, headstuds etc
(I have the finances now for the $3500 rebuild of the longblock so that will come first.)
Remove the current turbo and send it to Blouch for inspection / repair and then sell.
Fix small power steering leak
Purchase rotated 30r kit and new header
Purhcase new gutted TGV's (discovered one of mine has some damage)
Sell current TBE (buyer already arranged)
Sell current Forge 50/50 BPV as 30r kits requires VTA
Dip and re- powdercoat Process West TMIC
Remove wheels and re - powdercoat (colour undecided)
Replace or repair passenger fender / front bumper (received some damage from mystery hit and run )
Address Brake upgrade options
Transport car to P&L for fitting and tune
Thats everything I can think of for right now, I have calculated $15k to complete the work and have the vehicle to where I know it can be. Motor removal pics coming very soon, been delayed as I am working 60+ hour weeks right now
I do also have the option with the 30r kit to have the wastegate plumbed back into the downpipe or have it open.
Thoughts?

So I'm having a chat with MPS to see what they can do for me, really it comes down to customer service. Same distance, same budget etc. It will take quite a bit to beat Terry and the P&L boys though

Well waiting to hear back form Dom from MPS but I think I am pretty much sold on a new 2.5l +2mm long road SB. Either going with my current heads or a set of MPS stage 2 ones.
Then a FMIC (turbo xs / perrin etc) and a rotated turbo kit, not sure which turbo or brand yet but to be decided.
Il also be selling my current DW850's and upgrading to ID 1000s, as Acoolaid said they are a much more tuneable injector.
