Really need to get a good video camera. It just doesn't nail the exhaust quite right. Sunlight was BRIIIGHT Today too.

Got the BLS projectors finished after some fine tuning and me fixing one of my screwups. My camera doesn't know WTF to do in auto with the lights like this, and I didn't have time to fart around with the settings...

Waiting on coil packs to get in. It's been acting temperamental in the heat, sitting and idling for a few minutes makes it misfire a bit under load. 160K mile old coil packs, they're getting swapped for the GTP packs. Need to finish my street driving tune, will do that after I finish this minor tune up. As I've said on facebook, it'd be nice if HPT would man up and do an HPT setup for android/ios. I've got a touchpad that has a good battery all day long and would be more convenient for me to lug along with me on my commutes to/from work instead of a laptop...
No progress on the boost build, will wait on specs/results on the WOT-Tech top end package and turbo cam before I move on.
Still debating 8.5:1 or 9.5:1 CR pistons. We only have 90 octane at our elevation of 3200 feet, and this car will probably see higher psi out of a high flowing turbo (68mm or 70mm). Want to keep it pump gas for DD capability. I'm not wanting a friggin garage queen that sees only Friday night sonic nights and poker runs on the weekends. If I wanted that I would have bought a corvette already.

While waiting on other things, I replaced a few items. Both the ICM and coils were looking worse for wear and the car had started to stumble a bit after idling in the heat. Figured with my next step in the build, I'd just eliminate that issue right now with new ignition equipment.
Installed a new ICM and GTP/SSEI coils. The SSEI coils are ACDELCO Part # D576.
Also replaced my aging O2 sensors with some Denso units as I started getting a code thrown for inefficiency issues. Come to find out, my band clamps had worked loose a little and was letting air into the stream. Will have to make a note to myself to tighten them during each oil change interval.
Took it for a drive, but couldn't get spirited as there were literally police everywhere I looked! I can sense a bit smoother increase in the revs, but we'll see when I take it for a drive tomorrow and will do some tuning/datalogging on top of that.
