I got a delivery today - my Scoop Fixing Plates

They are made by Selective Laser Sintering and are made from Nylon so are strong enough to use as body part. They will be off to be sprayed by my mate Stuart to match the bodywork.

I sent them a 3D model in an STL file and they sent me the parts in the post - doesnt get much easier than that.

A quick snap of the new injectors connectors in place:

Tonights progress saw me drill a 60mm holes in the N/S bulkhead plate and feed through the engine wiring loom connectors. 90% fix the ECU into position and then remove it and piggyback the the multifunction relay unit onto the back of the ECU with Double sided foam and a couple of cable ties - solid as houses. A final go round with the cable ties to hold the engine wiring loom into position and that is 95% there, just a few little odds and sods to sort out.

Now do I feel I can do the wiring or do I get someone in to do it???
