The decision was made to pull the engine out after looking at the state of the oil
And out it came
The next step was to rip apart my daily zr turbo for the engine
This gave me the chance to fit my PTP lightweight flywheel and a new clutch kit
Then in the mini
All fitted back up with the front end back on
And all done ready for work 28ish hours later after I started
New headlights too
Made it to work the next day never made it home
I plumbed my turbo water feeds I'm wrong but all fixed now
All fixed and running sort of ok I headed for a dyno day with a ford owners club i told them I have fiesta brakes so they let me go
And now fully up to date as the weather was lovely today I gave it a good wash

Small update the car was never running right it would boost all uneven and the manifold would not stop blowing
So had the manifold skimmed and works a treat
Then fitted a new genuine mac boost solenoid
Then took the car for a blast to see if that was the boosting problems sorted and it has very smooth delivery and faster than I need it to be. Then my car was so happy to be running good it did a little sex wee
My new tyres also turned up getting them fitted Monday
