Gear linkage mk3 ish

Made up this little bracket

That fits on the gear change like this

It will bolt directly to the tunnel so it solid mounted and on the front to control the front lift ill use this with a couple of spacers in a hole drilled into the change mech

Il get it bolted in in the next few days so more to come

Bolted all the linkage in today looks much better than my first attempts

The only problem now with bringing inside the car and turning left slightly is the gear stick in center sits like this

Failing that if I was to drill and tap in a grub screw in this possition would it still operate the same?

I went a different route in the end just ground a new slot into the gearstick end

We'll it's been a few weeks with no real update but the mini is now fully prepped for paint weeks of filling sand and repeating but it's done just need to clean out the garage and paint it

Had quite a few problems with the first two coats I just couldn't get it on without it running or shelving turns out I was mixing it wrong so I've got plenty of flating to do
