Thanks for the support. I will be contacting zs on monday. I will be getting it back as a rolling shell with suspension set up, so that should be a worry off my mind, but seeing these chain alignment problems and having to make spacers for frame and then in between diff and sprocket to get drive shaft to meet hub! Makes me a little more worried about time. Did you have any of these chain alignment problems Pete?

De-greased engine and painted it:

built up callipers for zs kit.

metro vented 4pots with green stuff pads

frame came back from powder coat yesterday and was getting fitted today, so not long now

Rear frame is in with engine mounted.

wheels are on rear too.

Re- fibreglassed a section of inner skin on boot lid because it got dropped on it's locating tab.
