At this point no. I have molds that allow me to build them by hand but currently not setup for shop. I have a new bid out for some machine tooling made in China that will cut my initial startup cost by two thirds, we will see.
So here is the location I am planning to mount the Uniden, a simple bracket should suffice for a clean install also added new roll bar padding.
It's been a while since I have installed a CB radio so I am going to look into different mounting options for the antenna. I would like the radio to function clear and have a decent range, radio will be mostly for trail use but will be nice to have on the interstate during traffic. Anyone have suggestions for a nice reliable simple antenna?
And here is the base for my arm rest, Tuffy lock will secure the top for a small lockable space.

And moving right along with some security upgrades and clean up on the seat mounts. I have a Tuffy hood lock on order and should see that arrive next week some time. I keep her locked up most of the time but since she has been broken into three times I am a bit paranoid.
I ordered several Tuffy bolt locks so I could protect my seats and winch from theft.
So this is giving me a fit. I will have to modify the inner slider pillar if I want this location to work.
Not sure which location on the driver side slider I want to mount the bolt lock, so a pic of both locations...
These arrived today, had to order a bag of 100 of them so if anyone does this mod hit me up and I'll send you some in the mail. lol
They really clean up the modification to the slider brackets nicely, it's all in the details.
I still have to remove the seats and sliders off the seats to clean the sliders up and spray graphite down in the moving parts to bring them back to new working condition (hopefully). I'll report back after and let everyone know how that works.
Cool Jeep !
