Instructions - Door Panel Removal (door card for you Brits) "How To"

First, remove the little supertweeter grille covers, be careful, easily snaps off, ask me how I know.
The removal of that little plug requires one of those little shop tools that look like a dental tool, otherwise, you'll tear it up trying to pry it out with a small screwdriver. Go to Northern Tool and get a small set for $3.
That little trim piece with the 'plastic stud' simply pulls out from under the switch pack. Very important, don't forget this, otherwise you wont be able to access the switch pack mounting screw. My audio shop didn't do this step and snapped the wood thinking it was just 'snugly' snapped in there.
Start at the top right (by the supertweeter) or top left, and slowly work your way around the panel pulling outward to release those male/female love buttons (aka fasteners)
More than likely, a few of your male fasteners will snap off during removal and reinstallation, so before you start, stop by the dealer and pick up a handfull for around $1 a piece. You'll be happy you did.
This is probably as far as you'll need to go, no need to disassemble anything else to get to the window adjustments.
