Back at work today, so not much done. But got in at 2:20 pm and started preping the oil pan for paint. Finally got it ready at 4:30 pm. Plenty of rust on it, but none that has gone through. But it was close.

The hair dryer is there to get the metal good and warm from the inside! Better not tell my Wife though!

Core plugs installed

I removed the oil pump pickup and screen to check for blockages.

Clean as a whistle!

Masking the block for paint

Gone red at last

I'll start putting it all back together the next few days.
