Swapped the pulley out with no problems at all. Used a little purple loctite, I think it's 222.

Also I received a delivery from Ups. Nothing that was sent to me is usable.

Spacers for the dog bone were sent, but longer bolts were not received.

A 3/4" straight thru coupling was sent out but I need a "T" coupling which would split 3 ways.

The badges that sit on top of the SC were sent out but no screws to mount the plates were received.

No plug for the coolant reservoir was received.

The hangers for the heat exchanger that were sent out are the identical ones I already have and are totally useless.

I called Arrington about the issues and they told me they would call back today. 5 minutes before they close..... don't think I will be hearing from them today, but hey they still owe me a phone call from last Wednesday, so what would you expect by now. Also no news on the fuel pump, tomorrow is officially 6 weeks since I ordered it.

The "T" coupling is just a barbed coupling that is in the shape of a "T". It connects the driver's side intercooler inlet to the coolant pump and allows it to drop a tube off to the coolant reservoir for overflow. The plug is for the other side of the reservoir, it has a high and low inlet/outlet. The high side gets capped... why it does not just have one opening I do not know, all I did was follow the instructions.

As far as the hangers go, I will post some more pictures up when it is light outside. I have a few to post anyhow. These hang the heat exchanger to the condenser and loot very similar to one hole straps a plumber or electrician uses. These need to be 1 1/4" deep but are 5/8" deep.

Thank you for posting up the idler specs.... I am afraid I am just gonna go back to home depot and buy some stainless bolts. I will bring one with me to figure out the thread count and just measure the spacer to see how much longer it needs to be.

Yellow and 345, I will PM you guys the names of who I am dealing with. I know this isn't a good situation and I know I have every reason to be upset, but I just do not have it in me to ruin a persons reputation and damage their livelihood ( yeah it's actually spelled that way?!) over a car.

I will take a picture of the reservoir tank, the heat exchanger brackets, and a picture of step 177 in the new instructions when I wake up. It also bothered me listening to the instructions regarding how the reservoir was plumbed in. No other SC build I have seen has this setup, also the radiator system's reservoir has an in and out plumbed as well... common sense tells you to pipe both sides, but common sense also tells you to follow the directions :P

I anxiously await everyone's opinion in the morning!

Here are the directions for the T, the picture of it, and the actual install I had to do. I had to buy this at autozone which is why the clamps are not black. Sorry for sideways pictures.

Here is the part (179) where they ask to put the cap on the tank. Then there is a picture of how the tank looks as it sits. Finally there is a diagram showing how the system is piped. It clearly shows a 3-way intersection which dumps in to the tank. The drawing also clearly labels a cap on the tank. Weird huh?

This is a picture of the install instructions. These hangers are much deeper than mine are. Mine are the same shape but are 1/2 the depth of the ones in this illustration. I brought this up and then received the same hangers I already had!!!!

I ended up just buying 2" long carriage bolts and sleeving them with larger nuts until I had made up the 5/8" difference. Thats a really, really cheesy thing to make someone have to do after paying well north of $7,000 for a kit that " includes" mounting

For once let's end on a positive note! Here are two pictures of the install. I would say this is 95% complete. The only major missing piece is the fuel pump. I asked my dad if he wanted to drive it and boy did he have fun. He even left a 20 foot patch or so in his own driveway.
