Little update from last night, got the intercooler top tank roughly trimmed to mate well with the intercooler core, and give the right down angle of the 3.5" round section. I'll test fit first this weekend before welding it all up for good...

Also got started on the oil cooler mounting bracketry.. I've been waiting a long time for this to see if the cooler will clear the grill, and how much grill trimming will be needed.

Just simple 3/8" round bar with drilled tabs, I'm trying to keep the profile of it thin so the bracketry blocks the least amount of airflow into the intercooler. I'll be adding low profile threaded bosses to the intercooler top tank for the top of the cooler bracketry to mount to...

hard to photograph, and the oil cooler wasn't perfectly level with the intercooler core, but there's ~1/8" gap between the two just to prevent the two cores from touching and possibly wearing on each other over time...
