So I bought a Ford Np203 the other day. I also have 2 Np435's. Im currently on the hunt for a D300 to flip and double to the "range box" of the 203. I believe if I use the Jeds Machine adapter (2"+/-) I can make this combo work in my Tj without pushing the axle back.
Anyone have any info/experience on flipping a D300?
Anyone have any links for a Dodge Dp435 output shaft that I can have resplined?
OR a D300 for sale on the East Coast thats cheap?

Went to Granny's today to spool in the winch line and also to check the bumpstops. I think the front is good. I have about 1" before the tires gets into the fender:
I think I'm going to have to relocate the lower rear shock mounts though cause IMO the shocks are binding or something. They will droop out but not stuff too well.
IDK why the dam pic didnt rotate...it should have..

Well I got lucky and found a "bent" frame for $150 + The cost of the Chassis Saver + sand paper, paint brushes, and Scotch Brite pads. Eastwoods Internal Frame Coating is $20 a can and I used 3 cans of that too.
If I had it to do over again I think that I would have scuffed the paint up real good and used a good epoxy primer then a few good coats of SEM Rust Sheild, and then used a good spray paint over that so it could be touched up easily.

I like the results of the Chassis Saver but I have found 2 places that the 3rd coat has started to peal. I guess I either didnt sand that area good enough or didnt have it clean enough.
I would like to stress on keeping the INSIDE of the frame clean of mud and RUST. My original frame rusted from the inside out. I plan to use the Eastwoods internal coating every 2 yrs. But there are other methods of keeping the inside free of rust such as boiled linseed oil or other "home" coatings.
IF your frame isnt too bad AND you do the work YOURSELF then you should be able to keep the cost under $200.
Hope this helps man.
