I did not document the install unfortunately. Below are some pictures taken after I picked her up. I had the lift installed by Steve with Nth Degree Mobility end of 2006.  

Shot taken at a Tires Plus while getting an alignment, that front drive shaft had to go.  

JKS mini skids, Nth Trackbar brace and take a look at that Nth Quick Silver quick disconnect(cool in theory, didn't hold up in reality).
