Well I finally got the D30 under the jeep. There is a slight rake but the springs may settle. I had thought about putting the Revolver shackles in the rear and keeping it SUA but it will lose another 1/4"-1/2" of lift. I may just put them on and see.

I am wondering if I should put another leaf in the front packs. Right now I only have 4. I swapped the second leaf with my Black Diamond full wrapped spring and chopped the ends. I can see the springs are nearly flat but not inverted due to the additionally leaf from my last set.

BTW, this is all just mocked up. Nothing is tacked or burned in.

OK, I finally bought nearly all the parts (minus shocks) to get the front end finished. I went ahead and bought new spring hangers on the frame because the holes in mine are wallered out causing the back of the spring to move 1/8" up and down. I figured it was a good time to take care of this. I also bought the trail gear shock hoops (thanks Chris for the recommendation). I ordered them from the 4Wheel Parts 5 minutes from my house. I had a good experience there and I'll be sure to return. I also bought a 1-ton goferit insert for the drivers side knuckle. As it stands, I need to get the old inserts off the TRE's on my steering linkages and actually weld them in. I tacked them before but they didn't hold and want to make it permanent this time. I still need to burn in the spring perches but I want to get the hangers on first. Here's pics of the parts I bought.
