I’ll send you a PM but figured a lot of people may be asking so I’ll post here too publicly.

For these types of headlight projects whether you are down the street or half-way across the country, we’ve done both and really the process is no different. We encourage local guys to drop off just the headlights for work and some chose to go this route while others prefer us to do the whole job so they drop off the car. For long distance customer’s look at options “C” and “D” below. For extra fast turn-around we offer a 1-2 day time frame for most work. Keep in mind this does not include shipping transit time so if you want the lights OVERNIGHT both ways, you will be paying for it both ways.

Our furthest customer for headlight work so far is in New Zealand and we’ve shipping a few sets of headlights to merry old England before no problem. The key is to package the lights safely for transit. We found a 18-19” wheel box works perfectly for two headlights! Weight should be around 40 lbs if packed correctly.

So your options include:

a)Removing and shipping your headlights to us for the work
b)Dropping off your car (local only obviously)
c)Buying a set of core headlights from us and once we receive your lights we can credit you the core*
d)We also sell brand new AP2 headlights if you just want to start with a fresh set

*Core charge has special requirements since the lights we receive MUST BE THE SAME quality as the ones we send or we will reject your return, please email us pictures of your lights first to determine if this is an option ([email protected])
