HONDA CIVIC 12-15 ARMREST COVER INSTALLATION
This guide is for the removal of a 2014 Honda Civic Si armrest cover, but it will work for other Civic models with the sliding armrest cover.
You will need a Phillips head screw driver in order to remove the armrest cover.
There is two ways to remove the armrest cover. The easy way is with a short Phillips screwdriver. Slide the armrest forward and lift the armrest cover up and remove the 5 screws.
You’ll then be able to pull upward from the sides of the armrest to pop off the top cover.
You’ll then need to glue the Redline fabric to the OEM fabric and reverse the removal process to reinstall.
The other way you’ll need a plastic trim removal tool. There is a little groove to pop off the back cover.
You’ll need to then remove another Phillips screw.
You’ll then need to push the bar to the left a little bit and rotate counter clockwise and pull the rest of the way out.
Then slide the cover and remove the 5 Phillips screws and pop the cover off and proceed with gluing the new Redline fabric to the OEM fabric.
