Power disc upgrade from original drum brakes. Got the @cjponyparts disc conversion kit, which includes 5 lug disc rotors, powder coated power booster and brake pedal. Install time was around an afternoon / day. .

The C4 which came with the original i6 isn’t as great for the v8, so decided to go with a 164 tooth pan-filled C4 from a 1975 truck for my 302. Before and after photos here show the tranny at first, which was sanded to remove oil paint and grease and residue, and then painted with @duplicolorauto VHT engine enamel. Also replaced the shifting shaft, and put the shifting shaft from old tranny to new one. .

Nice work! Thankfully the body looked in decent shape to start with, lots of these are pretty rusty at least around here. Inspiring me to get a Mustang of my own!
