We bring back our 1992 Ford Mustang project car in this episode 14 of Burd's Garage and install a modern 6G 200 amp alternator. We cover the reasons needed to upgrade the main alternator feed wiring and install a heavier one. We also show step by step how to modify the additional electrical connections needed for this conversion. Finally, we review the correct techniques to repair and make wire connections by soldering and shrink wrapping.
