Thanks for tips on the tuning. I also think that perhaps the 60 idle jets may be too much. When I changed them from the 50's there was no result. It is obvious now that the key was the main jets and my lean condition was resulting when transitioning from the idle jet circuit to the main circuit.
Today I will replace the 60 idle jets wit the 50's that were originally in the car and set the timing between 6 and 9 BTDC. This is a Euro spec motor with a single distributor. I will post the results.
Paul, I also get your point and sometimes feel that I may be showing off with these pictures . I worked really hard for more than 40 years to build up what I have, raised two kids and had a good career. I followed my heart and bought a lot of these cars when no one really wanted them, starting with the old front engine Lambos decades ago, and have always done my own work, as there is no other way I could afford the cars.
I take nothing that I have for granted, and know I am very fortunate in many ways. I do however like to share the enjoyment I get out of these cars with other people. The risk in doing this on-line is that is can appear as showing off.
Occasionally I hear of people that simply do not allow any pictures of their cars or garage. I can't quiet connect with that.
As have previously stated, I really appreciate the camaraderie and technical assistance I have received on this forum.

Here is the latest.
I switched the main jets from 130's to 140's as mentioned in a previous post. Yesterday I removed the 60 idle jets and re-installed the original 50's, reset the timing to 6 BTDC, and adjusted all the idle mixtures.
Since I do not have a CO machine I simply adjust each idle mixture screw to get the maximum RPM, then reset the idle back to 950 rpm, and do the next one, so they are all set around 950 rpm. This has always worked for me on the Lambos with DCOE's.
The car now runs like a freight train. It is totally consistent and linear, no hesitation anywhere and no more popping from the intake or exhaust.
In summary, what I have on a Euro spec motor with single distributor is:
200 air correction jets
F36 emulsifier tube
140 main jets
50 idle jets
I know I sound like a broken record by now, but there is no way I could have gotten to this point this quickly without tons more work and second guessing, without the help from this forum. Thanks to all of you who have contributed is some way, very much.
